Regardless, without the PC being able to get to the BIOS screen under that BIOS, will I be able to flash it back to a working bios? or am I simply down to only one editable BIOS? (Still have both the "locked" back-up BIOS chips on the gigabyte board. So, any ideas what happened? I'm baffled.how it booted several times and crashed, to eventually not boot at all confuses me.especially considering the second bios works, meaning it's not a hard drive corruption issue. Switched to the second BIOS, and everything works just fine. Honestly, I thought something terrible had happened and the cooler had gone out. I tried plugging the pump directly into the CPU FAN (Rather than CPU OPT) slot, but still nothing. I noticed when I turned it on the CPU cooler would not turn on AT ALL.

When I came back, her brother told me it kept crashing when he tried to play ARK, then stopped booting. Because I had tested previously for 30 minutes I figured it was good.

I underclocked them to previously know good speeds/voltages (Mine to 4.0 0.995, hers to restarted, checked them both quickly with Prime95, no issues after 10 minutes. Nothing changes on the screen its just stuck at whatever bios page I was on before I tried flashing it and it stays that way until I power off and then on my PC.

We need to rename the BIOS file so that Q-Flash Plus can find it. Extract the downloaded BIOS file to the root of your flash drive.

The main thing causing heat build up was the processors (Hers OC'd to 4.7, and mine to 4.8) Im trying to update the BIOS on my Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Pro motherboard and when I try to Q-Flash the screen just freezes. Download the latest BIOS version for your motherboard from the motherboard product page. Most of the co-op games we play are either older, or not very intensive. Our GPU's don't work too hard (at the same time). It's summer now, and with both our rigs running it can get pretty damn hot in her room. My girlfriend and I have mirrored gaming rigs (Only major difference is the GPU, she has a 980 Ti Classified, and I have a 980 SC)
